Cake:
250g melted butter
80g brown sugar
60g caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
5 eggs
100g cocoa powder
110g self raising flour
50g white chocolate
Pinch of salt

110g milk chocolate (I used this one)
50ml coffee liquor
60ml double cream

Method

Make the cake:

  2. In a large mixing bowl whisk together melted butter, brown, caster, and vanilla sugars. Add the eggs and mix until combined.
