Tips on How to Make the Best Breakfast Beans with Poached Eggs

To make this recipe you don’t need any culinary skills and even a completely newbie will be able to create an extraordinary dish. But to give you some confidence, here are a couple of tips:

  • Fresh Ingredients: Use fresh, ripe tomatoes for the best flavour (I recommend using cherry tomatoes for the best aroma and Isle of Weight tomatoes are my always top choice). Canned tomatoes can be an option, however, double-check with your seasoning.
  • Properly Season: Don’t be shy when it comes to adding salt, pepper, and mixed herbs. Seasoning is key to bringing out the rich flavours of the beans and tomatoes.
  • Perfect Eggs: finishing the dish in the oven is the easiest way to make the perfect poached eggs. However, timing is everything. Depending on how you like your eggs made it could take from 10 to 20 minutes in the oven.
  • Garnish Generously: add a drizzle of this wonderful parsley oil to your prepared dish to finish it up and elevate the test.
